CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy All deposits are non-refundable and applied toward your service total. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours in advance may have their deposit transferred one time to a future appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total. No-shows will incur a fee of 100%. Any deposit already paid will be credited toward the applicable fee. These policies apply to all appointments, including those booked directly through Luminuxe Beauty without a deposit. Payment Authorization: By booking and agreeing to these terms, you authorize Luminuxe Beauty to charge your card on file for applicable cancellation and no-show fees. If a payment is declined, the remaining balance is still owed, and payment may be reattempted at a later date using an authorized card on file, subject to applicable payment processing terms. Outstanding balances must be paid before any future appointments can be booked.
